Maryland’s 2020 primary election will take place by mail due to the COVID-19 pandemic. State officials are urging anyone who hasn’t received their ballot yet to take action.
The Maryland State Board of Elections is encouraging any eligible voter who hasn’t received a ballot to request one. Requests should be submitted by e-mail to [email protected] or by calling 1-800-222-8683.
Maryland’s primary election date is officially June 2, although ballots are labeled April 28, the original election date.
All mail-in ballots must be dated June 2. No postage is necessary.
