Ocean City Sets Up Picnic Tables on Beach for Carryout Dining

As Maryland completes stage one of its economic reopening with outdoor dining at restaurants being permitted at 5 p.m. on Friday, May 29, the Town of Ocean City is adding outdoor seating for carryout.

Picnic tables are being placed on the beach along the boardwalk to allow for outdoor dining.

Robert Banach with the local community group “Ocean City Cool” shared photos of the picnic tables.

While many restaurants will have outdoor seating at their locations, the picnic tables will be used for residents and visitors to enjoy their carryout meals.
